About The Artist
I am a freelance artist and designer working out of central Minnesota. I have done work covering various mediums including: logos, book layouts and covers, vector illustrations, concept sketches and designs, hand drawn images, paintings, and photography to name a few. I am always looking for the next project, especially if it happens to be a new and challenging experience I can learn from.
I grew up in a home filled with artistic talent. My father would create cartoon doodles, my siblings were all artistically inclined, and my mother created works for and helped run a local arts & craft store in town. I was encouraged to pursue art being around my mother and the local 4H art competitions, but over time I instead delved into math and science.

I went to college right out of high school to enter the engineering world, but after just two years in pre-engineering programs I was out. It was not long after when I started to collaborate with other artists and designers to work on freelance projects. Eventually I enrolled in college once more to complete a BFA in 2D Studio Art; and my goal in the near future is to complete another BFA for design and seek out an eventual MFA.

As of now, I occupy my time creating new art, expanding my online presence to get the word out, and seeking out those who are in need of my skills. Finding that balance between personal and professional work is tough, but the results are always rewarding.
